10 And of Phrygia, and Pamphylia, of Egypt, and of the parts of Libya, which is beside Cyrene, and strangers of Rome, and [a]Jews, and Proselytes,

11 Cretes, and Arabians: we heard them speak in our own tongues the wonderful works of God.
